Who is Wireless Value?
Wireless Value is the private limited liability company Wireless Value B.V., having its principal place of business at (7812 HZ) Emmen at Waanderweg 30a, listed in the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 04070587. With regard to the processing of your personal data by Wireless Value, Wireless Value is the data controller.

How do we obtain your personal data?
Wireless Value holds data about you because you have provided data to us.
What are your rights?
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights with regard to your data and the processing thereof:
Access
You can always access your own (personal) data and change them in your account as necessary. If you want to see the personal data recorded about you at Wireless Value, you can make a request for access.
Alteration
If you want to make changes to personal data that you have seen following from a request for access and that you cannot change in your account yourself, you can submit a request for Wireless Value to make these changes. You can request that Wireless Value alters, corrects,
supplements, deletes or restricts your data.
Restriction of processing
Further, under terms and conditions, you have the right to ask Wireless Value to limit the processing of your personal data.
Right to object
If certain processing is performed on the basis of the ‘legitimate interest’ of Wireless Value or a third party, you have the right to object to that processing.
Transfer of personal data
You have the right to obtain your personal data from Wireless Value. Wireless Value will provide it in a structured and usable form that can easily be opened in other common digital systems. In this way, you can also transfer your data to another provider.
Withdrawing consent
In all cases where the legal basis for certain data processing is your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. This has no consequences for the past, but does mean that we may no longer process that data. Wireless Value may then no longer be able to provide you with certain services as a result.
Response by Wireless Value
A request can be sent to info@wirelessvalue.nl. Wireless Value will grant your request as quickly as possible and in any case no later than one (1) month after Wireless Value has received such a request. If Wireless Value rejects your request, we will indicate why the request was rejected in our reply.
